WhatsApp messages
Messages sent to us on WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. We keep message threads only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work.
Retention
Enquiry details are kept for a reasonable period so that we can follow up and refer back to previous work. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
